Event: Transportation for Career & Technical Education Co

The first annual Career & Technical Education (CTE) College Fair will occur on February 29, 2012, at the Hattie Mae White Educational Support Center, beginning at 5 p.m. and ending at 7 p.m. Please share this information with your students and their parents. This College Fair will give students an opportunity to interact with recruiters from colleges that offer industry certificates, licenses, and/or associate degrees among 16 CTE clusters.
Since this is an early dismissal day, transportation will be provided using six pick-up points throughout the city. The six locations include Barbara Jordan, Furr, Jones, Sharpstown, Waltrip, and Yates High Schools. The buses will depart from each school at 3:30 p.m. and return at 7:30 p.m. Please encourage your students and their parents with limited transportation to use this shuttle service.
